The project will collect and organize demographic and contact information for all participants, and document all activities and services delivered while measuring participants’ improvements and outcomes. A Fresh Start: The Three Phases of Style is a creative, innovative, and groundbreaking project designed to cultivate a stronger workforce that is attractive to corporations in the District of Columbia through the art of fashion."
